By registering, you consent to receiving push notifications from the App via Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). These notifications include bus arrival alerts and account-related updates. You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings, though this may affect the core functionality of the service.

10. Children and Minors (COPPA)

This App may be used by students, including those under 13 years of age. Users registering on behalf of a child under 13 confirm that they are the parent or legal guardian and provide consent for the child's personal data to be processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Organizations are responsible for ensuring appropriate consent is obtained for minor users within their platform.

The App is a convenience tool only. We are not responsible for:

12. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend the service for maintenance with reasonable notice where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from service downtime.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Organizations may be suspended by the platform administrator for non-payment or policy violations. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us — the 7-day deletion window will apply.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. We will notify users of material changes via the App or email with at least 14 days' notice before changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
